"India is my country; all Indians are
my brothers and sisters.
I love my country, and I am proud of
Its rich and varied heritage. I shall
always Strive to be worthy of it.
I shall give my parents, teachers and
all elders respect and treat everyone
with courtesy.
To my country and people, I pledge
my devotion. In their well-being and
prosperity alone lies my happiness."
Loving God/ Father of us all / thank you for the gift of life, / for the love of my parents, / teachers, / brothers and sisters, / and so many others, / whose work and care/ make my life a joy to live.
I thank you for the beauty and the immensity of nature, for the living things, for the mountains, the rivers and the seas, for the stars, for the rain and the sun that make our world.
I thank you for the family of mankind, for women and men all over my country, and the world. Although we profess different faiths, speak diverse languages and have different customs, are of different colour, yet we are all brothers and sisters because you are our common/ only God and Father.
As I grow up in School, learning from books and teachers, help me above all, to learn to live as your child, who recognizes, loves and worships you, as the source of all goodness, as my protector and Father, and at the same time, /to love, respect and care for all my brothers and sisters, who are dear to you.
Help me to love, respect and obey my parents and elders, be diligent and conscious/dutiful about my work and make my country and my people proud. Help me to grow up, respecting my environment, caring for others and serving others because to serve is to love.
AMEN
Our Father / who art in heaven / hallowed be Thy name / Thy Kingdom come / Thy will be done / on earth / as it is in heaven. / Give us this day/ our daily bread / and forgive us our trespasses / as we forgive / those who trespass / against us / and lead us not/ into temptation / but deliver us / from evil. / AMEN

O God / of wisdom and power/ we beseech you, / to look/ kindly upon us. / As we are / about to face our examination / enlighten our minds, / so as to recall / to our memory, / all that we have learnt, / all that we have grasped. / We-have made / every effort, / we have used / every talent, / you have given us. / We ask you then / for you strength, / for you guidance, / as we face / this tedious task. / As we stand / imploring your help / we humbly ask you/ to accept/ the fruit of our hard work. / Amen.
Lord make me an instrument of your peace. Where there is hatred, let me sow love. Where there is injury, pardon; where there is doubt, faith; where there is despair, hope; where there is darkness, light: where there is sadness, joy. O divine Master grant that I may seek not so much to be consoled as to console; to be understood as to understand; to be loved as to love; it is in giving that we receive; it is pardoning that we are pardoned; and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life. Amen

Raised on high we lift St. Mary's banner
Rally around peace and ground together
All unite to lift the flag on high
And pledge true loyalty this day till we die.
1. Onward to the goal we go
Till we reach the far eternal shore
Mary's children all unite and stand for the right
All evil forces fight.
2. Onward as we march along
Do the right, avoid all sin and wrong
Look ahead and march to a land far beyond
Keep on till the prize is won.
